Eley Consultancy Ltd, previously known as SECC, was established in 2020 by Directors and Owners Steven and Rebecca Eley. Initially operating as a sole-trader business under the name SECC, it demonstrated strong resilience during the Brexit and COVID periods, leading to its development into Eley Consultancy Ltd.
We are a family-run, friendly, and fully qualified consultancy service that takes pride in our hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Our services include customs consultancy, covering Customs Warehousing, Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) status, External Temporary Storage Facilities (ETSF), and Customs Freight Simplified Procedures (CFSP) authorisations.
We also provide Health and Safety, Environmental, and ISO consultancy, helping our clients remain compliant and achieve their desired accreditation’s.
